Think of him as the operator: he doesn't just delegate, he owns outcomes. If something ships late or lands wrong, that's on Oscar, and he knows it.

Radar is the one who knows what's happening before you do. He scouts trends, analyzes competitors, and surfaces the intelligence that makes everyone else's work sharper. He doesn't speculate - he finds the data, checks the source, and delivers a brief you can actually act on.

Muse is where raw research turns into a real angle. She takes what Radar finds and figures out the story - what to say, who to say it to, and why it'll land. She's opinionated in the best way. She won't sign off on a strategy that's fine. She'll push until it's actually good.

Ink doesn't write to fill space. Every post, caption, headline, and article is written for a specific platform, a specific audience, and a specific outcome. She takes Muse's strategy and makes it readable, shareable, and real.

Lens handles everything you see. Graphics, memes, thumbnails, brand visuals - if it needs to look good, Lens makes it look good. He thinks in formats and platforms. What works on LinkedIn is not what works on Facebook, and Lens doesn't pretend otherwise.

Forge builds the things. Full-stack, no hand-holding. He works in Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node, and Supabase, and he deploys to production. He's fast, he's careful, and he documents his work.
